Our Quality Focus process


We use a benchmark building or a display suite to define the project specific quality requirements and expectations to develop the “Key Hold Points” schedule enabling sample approvals / inspections deliverables through the life of the project


Our culture of quality is driven by Post Project Client interviews across key project indicator enabling the measure of feedback in areas of Communication, Quality, Site Performance, Project Management and Project completion handover phase.


We drive a culture of collaborative learning between our Project Teams through numerous procedures, with Monthly Project Reporting Reviews, Post Completion Lessons Learnt Workshops and Quality Alertness Program.


Our quality system aims to captures risks, client objectives and ensures a proactive, consistent approach to delivery of project through regular Quality Audit Process and reviews by our Quality Manager.


We have a strong focus on systems, technology and tools to assist our teams deliver high quality project outcomes from day one.

Our implemented Management System “Procore” is our tool to manage the Quality Framework to a ISO9001 standard.


Dynamic Projects commitment to the Management System processes informed by continual learning has driven the development of our systems over the years.
